Mentoring Program
Accessing the experience of excellence
The Medicines Discovery Institute has worked with Dr Declan Jones, Honorary Innovation Fellow at Cardiff University to build a panel of industry veterans to act as a mentoring panel to support Early Career Researchers in drug development. Our mentoring panel has experience across a broad variety of roles in the pharmaceutical industry from initial target discovery and drug development through to commercial deal making. This program is making a difference to Cardiff University with one-to-one mentoring to our Investigators and knowledge transfer across the wider campus via seminars and symposia.
